New emails reveal Musk’s deeper Epstein links

Newly released United States Department of Justice documents reveal previously undisclosed email exchanges between Elon Musk and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, detailing plans to meet in 2012 and 2013.

The emails show Musk and Epstein discussing potential visits to Epstein’s private Caribbean island, Little St James, as well as travel logistics and social plans. According to the documents, none of the proposed visits ultimately took place due to scheduling issues.

The correspondence appears to contradict Musk’s past public statements, including comments made in a 2019 interview where he said Epstein had repeatedly invited him to the island and that he had declined.

The files were released as part of a broader disclosure of millions of pages of material related to federal investigations into Epstein, who died in custody in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

Musk has previously criticised other high-profile figures linked to Epstein and has denied having a personal relationship with him. Representatives for Musk did not respond to requests for comment following the document release.
